# Getting Started with Enrichment

## Checkmate Enrichment helps you identify anonymous shoppers and enrich your CRM with real-time, high-intent behavioral data — like product views, cart starts, and checkouts. This fuels smarter segmentation, better retargeting, and more personalized lifecycle flows. Most brands only recognize a small fraction of their traffic. Enrichment unlocks the rest, giving you visibility into who’s browsing — not just who’s buying.

### Setup Instructions

#### To activate **Enrichment**, follow the [Getting Started guid](https://faqs.joincheckmate.com/setup-checklist?hsLang=en)[e to ](https://faqs.joincheckmate.com/setup-checklist?hsLang=en)make sure the following steps are complete:

- #### Install the Checkmate Shopify app
- #### Toggle on the Checkmate Network
- #### Set up Google Tag Manager
- #### Send your Klaviyo API key (for syncing flows and enriched event data)
  
    - #### We use this to send enriched customer data and event triggers to your Klaviyo account
- #### Add your payment method (required for Enrichment) to start your 14 day trial
